50% Deposit Payable before your booking will be confirmed. Balance to be paid 48hrs before arrival. There is also a refundable key and breakage deposit refundable within a week after departure if place is left in a clean and neat condition and there are no breakages or loss of keys, as well as cleaning payment (see contract for details)
